Treatment and paperwork.
We review your route, arrange aircraft access and plan the visit with your crew or handling team. Our service is pre-embarkation treatment of the empty aircraft, with cabin, flight-deck and applicable hold requirements identified for the flight.
After treatment, we supply the applicable certificate and the details your crew needs for the General Declaration. For Australia and New Zealand, operator arrangements and reporting requirements are reviewed early. If your itinerary requires another procedure, we identify that during planning.

For your first booking, tell us about the aircraft, departure location, destinations and preferred point of contact. For later requests, send the tail number, route, airport, date and boarding time, along with any changes to the operation.
We work with your scheduler, operations desk, aircraft manager or handler to fit the service into your ground schedule.

Before we perform pre-embarkation disinsection, Aquarius Lux can clean your aircraft and sanitize the cabin during the same visit. Arrange both services with one local Florida aviation team at your FBO or hangar.
We complete cleaning and cabin sanitizing first, then carry out disinsection and the required waiting and ventilation periods before passengers board. Request the combined service when booking so we can plan the visit around your departure.
