THE WHOLE ITINERARY MATTERS

More than the
arrival airport.

The arrival authority determines the applicable rule. A stopover, recent aircraft movement or change in method can change what your flight needs. A Florida treatment should only be scheduled after its acceptance for the full route is confirmed.

Find published procedure information and routes that still need current authority confirmation. A destination listing is a planning reference; the status explains how it relates to our pre-embarkation-only service.

Method and operator conditions: some destinations explicitly accept pre-embarkation, while others require additional procedures or current authority confirmation.

Historical references: older entries are retained for planning and are not presented as current acceptance.

A destination’s absence does not establish that no treatment is required. Even where treatment is required, a pre-embarkation service may not satisfy the entire rule. Availability, products, operator arrangements and documentation must be agreed before booking.
