Before passengers board.
Pre-departure and on-arrival cabin treatments take place with passengers aboard. Arrival treatment follows the destination authority’s timing and may involve additional charges. With pre-embarkation, we treat the empty aircraft, complete the required waiting and ventilation periods before boarding, and provide the applicable certificate for your crew to carry on the flight. This is the only disinsection method we perform.

Pre-embarkation generally covers one flight sector. Tell us about every stop so we can confirm the right treatment location and arrival paperwork.

The cabin, flight deck and applicable baggage or hold areas are reviewed for the aircraft and route. Holds may have a separate procedure; the agreed scope identifies what is included.
Aircraft treatment, properly planned.
Before confirming treatment, we check product authorization, aircraft-use labeling and the destination procedure. The treatment quantity is planned for the aircraft volume and applicable WHO method, consistent with the product label. Label instructions govern application, aircraft preparation, waiting and ventilation.
At your FBO or hangar.
We arrange the service window with the crew and the FBO or hangar. Include cleaning, catering and boarding plans so the aircraft is available at the appropriate point in the departure sequence.
The records leave with your crew.
The treatment record and applicable certificate identify the work actually completed. Destination documentation and any retained aerosol evidence are handed over to the crew.

We complete cleaning and cabin sanitizing first, then carry out disinsection and the required waiting and ventilation periods before passengers board. Request the combined service when booking so we can plan the visit around your departure.
